Sealing method: The box door and the working room are sealed with high temperature resistant silicone rubber sealing strips to ensure the sealing of the working room. The inner plate of the box door is made of stainless steel. 2、 Maintenance method for clean oven

(1) Daily maintenance of clean oven

1. Clean the surface and interior dust to keep the machine clean and hygienic.

2. Check whether the current of the Ammeter is the same as that of the normal one. If there is any abnormality, notify the maintenance worker for maintenance.

3. If there is a sudden power outage, turn off the heating switch to prevent it from automatically starting when there is a power call.

4. Check whether the fan operates normally and whether there is any abnormal sound. If there is any abnormal sound, turn off the machine immediately and notify the maintenance worker for maintenance.

(2) Monthly maintenance of clean oven

1. Check if the ventilation openings are blocked and clean up any accumulated dust.

2. Whether the fan operates normally.

3. The maintenance worker checks whether the current is normal.

4. Check if the temperature controller is accurate. If not, adjust the static compensation or sensor correction value of the temperature controller.

5. Check for damage to the heating tube and aging of the circuit.

6. Check whether the delay device is accurate and whether the error is allowed.
