（1）寫作格式：首行寫稱謂需要左對(duì)齊，寫完稱謂一定要記得寫逗號(hào)“,”，寫完結(jié)尾記得署名；

（2）重要信息不可少：活動(dòng)的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)等，舉辦地點(diǎn)前用in，舉辦時(shí)間前用on。
