IFN-α2

干擾素-α（IFN-α，也稱(chēng)為IFN-α、IFN-α、IFNA和干擾素-α）是一種I型干擾素。人類(lèi)有?13?種?IFN-α 亞型：IFN-α?1、2、4、5、6、7、8、10、13、14、16、17?和?21。與其他亞型一樣，干擾素-α2 (IFN-?α2，也稱(chēng)為IFN-α2、IFN-α2、IFNA2和干擾素α2）主要由病毒感染的細(xì)胞在感知到病毒DNA或RNA等危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)的存在后產(chǎn)生。因此，IFN-α2?與其受體的結(jié)合引發(fā)了抗病毒反應(yīng)，但也顯示了抗腫瘤作用。作為第1個(gè)被發(fā)現(xiàn)的，IFN-α2?是研究比較廣泛的亞型，它已被用作對(duì)抗丙型肝炎病毒感染的細(xì)胞因子療法。
