Notwithstanding在法律英語(yǔ)中的翻譯與although， though， even if使用并沒(méi)有太大區(qū)別，基本上都可以翻譯成“盡管…”， “即使…”，表示一種讓步，但是它引導(dǎo)的并不是讓步狀語(yǔ)從句，而只是一個(gè)名詞性短語(yǔ)。
