知道自己快死了是什么感覺(jué)?
How does it feel to be dying? 

感覺(jué)... 就好像是生活中的美好瞬間，像碎片一樣在我周?chē)w，而我在努力地伸手去抓。 
It feels... like all these beautiful pieces of life are flying around me and... I'm trying to catch them. 

當(dāng)我孫女靠在我的腿上熟睡時(shí)，我想努力抓住她的呼吸觸碰在我身上的感覺(jué)，當(dāng)我逗得我兒子發(fā)笑時(shí)，我想努力抓住他的笑聲，記住他放聲大笑的樣子。
When my granddaughter falls asleep in my lap, I try to catch the feeling of her breathing against me. And when I make my son laugh, I try to catch the sound of him laughing. How it rolls up from his chest. 

但現(xiàn)在這些片段飛得越來(lái)越快，快得我難以抓住，我能感覺(jué)到 它們正在從我指尖溜走，存在我記憶中 孫女的呼吸和兒子的笑聲 很快就將...消失了。 
But the pieces are moving faster now, and I can't catch them all. I can feel them slipping through my fingertips. And soon where there used to be my granddaughter breathing and my son laughing, there will be... nothing. 

我知道你覺(jué)得自己現(xiàn)在還有大把的時(shí)間，但并非如此，所以別再裝得那么冷漠，把握生活中的美好瞬間，趁著你還年輕利落 把握機(jī)會(huì)，因?yàn)樵诓唤?jīng)意間 你就老了，變得步履蹣跚，那時(shí)候再想重來(lái)也沒(méi)有機(jī)會(huì)了。 
I know it feels like you have all the time in the world. But you don't. So, stop playing it so cool. Catch the moments of your life. Catch them while you're young and quick. Because sooner than you know it, you'll be old. And slow. And there'll be no more of them to catch.
