People who decide on a career path early in their lives and keep to it are more likely to have a satisfying working life than those who change jobs frequently.

To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In terms of the contrast between those who know clearly career direction and stick to it, and those who constantly change their jobs, I tend to state the former types of people are more likely to have a balance and sustainable development in their work.

On the one hand, goals have always played a vital role in people's work。

By having goals, people can have a clear picture about what they want in jobs and how to climb their career ladders

By contrast, if people don't have aspirations or plans , they tend to choose jobs randomly.

To make things worse, as long as there is any obstacle, they will quit without considering the negative impacts on their resumes

Nearly, all examples from people who have successfully build up their careers illustrate the importance of having a career goal.

The founder of Facebook ,his original dream was to connect people globally without geographic barriers ,and this goal has developed from an aspiration to a final product ,which has revolutionized the way how people communicate.

On the other, apart from goals, perseverance accounts for the success of careers.

That is to say, to know what you want is not enough.?

Instead, a combination of other virtues ,such as, perseverance ,stoicism ,diligence can guarantee people’s? progressing in work.

If people easily give up their goals ,they can not build up their sustainability in career. And frustration in work is a strike to their life

Those who list a large number of job experiences in their CVs shows their lack of resilience , therefore reducing their potential to be hired in a competitive position.

Employers may concern once they are challenged , will they continue their formal routine by leaving this job?

In closing, a fruitful working life stems from growth in work and life. And this build on several qualities as I discussed in this essay.
