Sulfo-Cyanine5.5 alkyne中磺化Cy5.5水溶性非常好，可在水相標(biāo)記反應(yīng)體系中直接使用，不需要有機溶劑助溶，特別適合標(biāo)記對有機溶劑敏感的生物分子。另外由于強水溶性加染料分子本身帶電荷，磺化Cy5.5標(biāo)記到生物分子表面后不會引發(fā)疏水性聚集，提高熒光標(biāo)記產(chǎn)物的穩(wěn)定性。

Sulfo-Cyanine 5.5 alkyne has very good water solubility and can be directly used in the aqueous phase labeling reaction system without the aid of organic solvent. It is especially suitable for labeling biomolecules sensitive to organic solvents.
